Our professional management team of 10 has 150 combined years of experience with Miller & Company. Miller & Company has been managing properties for over 30 years in Salt Lake City and communities along the Wasatch Front. We have many long term and repeat clients

Our Company

Miller & Company is independently owned and operated. Created in 1981, the company is recognized as the leader in property management in the Salt Lake Metropolitan Area and along the Wasatch Front. Our company was founded with the goal of providing services for property owners, tenants, sellers and buyers. We have three divisions in our company; a full service real estate brokerage, a property management division and property maintenance division.

Property Management

We manage hundreds of rental properties in Salt Lake City and areas along the Wasatch Front. Our centrally located office is open for business Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and by appointment on Saturday. We employ a full time staff in addition to full time Property Manager and Account Manager. We are available to respond to every incoming call. Questions about available properties are directed to commissioned leasing agents. Inquiries receive the care and attention they deserve.

Property Maintenance

Proper maintenance of your property is essential. The adage “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” is truly applicable in real estate. Prevention of damage is much less expensive than repair. Repairs can be costly and time consuming. Our property maintenance can relieve you from the burden of costly repair and maintenance.

Our manager has been professionally involved in the construction and remodeling industries since the 1980s. His father and grandfather owned and maintained rental and investment properties, so his experience is nearly life long. He understands the need for maintenance and repair, but more importantly, he recognizes the preventive maintenance needed to avoid costly repairs.

In addition to our experienced staff, we work closely with a group of reliable licensed and insured, professional contractors and vendors. Because of the large volume of business we refer and the length of time we have worked with them, we are able to provide service at a lower rate than most third party vendors. Many property owners, who managed their own property repair and maintenance before placing their properties in our care, recognize the value of our maintenance department and decide to have us take over their maintenance.

Kyle Miller

President and Principal Broker


Kyle began his real estate career in 1977 and quickly became one of the industry's top agents. In 1981 Kyle established Miller & Company Property Management as an integral part of Miller & Company Real Estate Services, our independently owned and operated brokerage. Property management is not a sideline with Miller & Company; it always has been and continues to be a vital part of Miller & Company's business.

Providing the most efficient and responsive customer service is also his goal. Miller & Company was the first property management company to provide computer matching to assist tenants and property owners. We continue to be on the leading edge in employing the proven systems and cutting-edge technology to benefit and provide the best services for investors, owners and tenants.

I have been with Miller & Company for over 25 years. Before affiliating with Miller & Company, I spent seven years with another local builder, and two years of self-employment as a finish carpenter and painter.

As a third party advisor to property owners and tenants, I am able to make the impartial, best decisions regarding both parties. I do my best to limit the costs of maintenance and repair to our property owners, but I also know the obligations property owners have to their tenants. I represent property owners who show their confidence by adding properties and referring friends to Miller & Company. Tenants I represent through Miller & Company rent for years and refer tenants to Miller & Company. My staff and I represent the best in property management. Customer satisfaction is my first priority.

I have worked for Miller and Company for over 12years, and enjoy my job. I am an electrician and worked for a local electrical contractor before joining Miller & Company. I like performing the variety of tasks needed to keep our owners' properties well maintained. I can diagnose appliance, plumbing, electrical, heating and mechanical problems. My background allows me to make educated decisions to either personally take care of some issues or send a contractor. Miller & Company has a good group of subcontractors and suppliers I can call to remedy any maintenance problem. Most of our property owners who had maintenance contacts before coming to Miller & Company elect to use our group of contractors and suppliers when they see the quality of work and discounted pricing we offer. As maintenance manager I strive to meet clients' maintenance needs.

I have been with Miller and Company for over 22 years. For 11 of those years I worked in new home construction. I am skilled at framing, finish carpentry, painting, roofing and many other areas of home construction. My experience in new construction and remodeling provides a very good background for maintenance and repair of our owner's properties. I can make a variety of repairs in one visit and eliminate the need to send several contractors. I provide our property owners less expensive maintenance solutions, with professional results. When needed, I will refer the work to one of our more specialized repairmen. Excellent Customer Service is my first priority.
