The Company was founded in 1981 under the same ownership. The general Manager and the Property Management Manager have been working with the owner since the late 1980's and early 1990's. We have dealt with every imaginable issue and can advise our owners and tenants based on experience. I have been with Miller & Company since 1989. I joined Miller & Company to create a New Homes Division of Miller & Company Real Estate Services. I had been working in new home construction since 1976. After 9 years of "hands on construction" for a general contractor, I became licensed as a general contractor. After a few years as an independent contractor was presented with the opportunity to join with Miller & Company. As a construction worker, subcontractor, and general contractor, I worked in nearly every facet of home construction and remodeling. I also spent years managing subcontractors and employees working from an office environment. My experience includes working with estimating, accounting and design software. I have combined my professional experience with my college background and am a licensed General Contractor and Mortgage Loan Originator.

I graduated from the University of Utah in 1980 Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with a minor in Real Estate Finance. I have made the effort it takes to know the Real Estate industry inside and out. My philosophy fits well with Miller & Company's, to provide all professional Real Estate Services under one roof. Miller & Company Property Management through the quality of its staff, provides the best property management service for both property owners and tenants.

I have over 20 years under my belt at Miller & Company. Before affiliating with Miller & Company, I spent seven years with another local builder, and  two years of self-employment as a finish carpenter and painter. 

As a third party advisor to property owners and tenants, I am able to make the impartial, best decisions regarding both parties. I do my best to limit the costs of maintenance and repair to our property owners, but I also know the obligations property owners have to their tenants. I represent property owners who  show their confidence by adding properties and referring friends to Miller& Company. Tenants I represent through Miller & Company rent for years and refer tenants to Miller & Company. My staff and I represent the best  in property management. Customer satisfaction is my first priority.

Originally from Pennsylvania, my background includes management of a Country Inn and restaurant. I have recently relocated to Utah from Las Vegas in order to help my daughter, who will be attending medical school at the University. During my 10 years in Las Vegas, I worked in property management, both residential and commercial with emphasis on accounting.

I consider myself a real people person, and have developed an amicable working relationship with both tenants and owners since beginning my employment with Miller & Company. I look forward to being part of the growth and success of the Property Management Division.

I have worked for Miller and Company for over 10 years, and enjoy my job. I am an electrician and worked for a local electical contractor before joining Miller & Company. I like the performing the variety of tasks needed to keep our owners' properties well maintained.I can diagnose appliance, plumbing electrical, heating and mechanical problems. My background allows me to make educated decisions to either personally take care of some issues or  send a contractor. MIller & Company has a good group of subcontractors and suppliers I can call to remedy any maintenance problem. Most of our property owners who have maintenace contacts before coming to Miller & Company elect to use our group of contractors and suppliers when they see the quality of work and discounted pricing we  offer. As maintenance manager I strive to meet clients' maintenance needs.

I have been with Miller and Company for over 20 years. For 11 of those years I worked in new home construction. I am skilled at framing, finish carpentry, painting, roofing and many other areas of home construction. My experience in new construction and remodeling provides a very good background for maintenance and repair of our owners properties. I can make a variety of repairs in one visit and eliminate the need to send several contractors. I provide our property owners less expensive maitenance solutions, with professional results. When needed, I will refer the work to one of our more specialized repairmen. Excellent Customer Service is my first priority.

I have been involved in the real estate business since 1979 here in Utah.  I have also worked in the mortgage business for 10 years for three large mortgage companies.  This knowledge and experience has been a great asset to me working in the Property Management Division of Miller & Company Real Estate Services.  I have been working in the Property Management Division as the senior leasing agent for the past four years, and have found it to be a very rewarding experience.

There is a great need for quality property management services in the Utah market.  Having owned a rental property myself, I recognize that having to constantly deal with tenant issues can become a stressful second job that you hadn’t planned on.  Many of our clients are extremely busy licensed real estate agents and brokers in Utah, and in various other states throughout the country.  This is a major compliment when professionals in the real estate business recognize the value of Miller & Company’s program.
