Kyle began his real estate career in 1977 and quickly became one of the industry’s top agents. In 1981 Kyle established Miller & Company Property Management as an integral part of Miller & Company Real Estate Services, our independently owned and operated brokerage. Property management is not a sideline with Miller & Company; it always has been and continues to be a vital part of Miller & Company’s business.
Providing the most efficient and responsive customer service is also his goal. Miller & Company was the first property management company to provide computer matching to assist tenants and property owners. I have been with Miller & Company for over 25 years. Before affiliating with Miller & Company, I spent seven years with another local builder, and two years of self-employment as a finish carpenter and painter.
As a third party advisor to property owners and tenants, I am able to make the impartial, best decisions regarding both parties. I do my best to limit the costs of maintenance and repair to our property owners, but I also know the obligations property owners have to their tenants. I represent property owners who show their confidence by adding properties and referring friends to Miller & Company. Tenants I represent through Miller & Company rent for years and refer tenants to Miller & Company. My staff and I represent the best in property management. Customer satisfaction is my first priority.

I am a licensed Real Estate agent and have been involved in Property Management and Real Estate sales for over 10 years. I am finishing up my bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah in Psychology/Marketing. My greatest strength is my follow through and communication skills. I am driven and hardworking yet balance it out with my great sense of humor and positive attitude.

I Started working with Miller and Company in 2002 and have experience working in every department. I started as an in house IT professional. I have also worked as a Real Estate/leasing agent, Loan Processor, Administrative Assistant, Marketing Manager, Property Maintenance and Client Relationship Manager. Miller and Company Property Management prides itself on cross training all employees so that we are all able to help each other and our clients with the highest possible efficiency and quality.

As the office manager, I am involved in the day to day operation of Property Management, helping with accounting and customer service.

I have worked for Miller and Company for over 12years, and enjoy my job. I am an electrician and worked for a local electrical contractor before joining Miller & Company. I like performing the variety of tasks needed to keep our owners’ properties well maintained. I can diagnose appliance, plumbing, electrical, heating and mechanical problems. My background allows me to make educated decisions to either personally take care of some issues or send a contractor. Miller & Company has a good group of subcontractors and suppliers I can call to remedy any maintenance problem. Most of our property owners who had maintenance contacts before coming to Miller & Company elect to use our group of contractors and suppliers when they see the quality of work and discounted pricing we offer. As maintenance manager I strive to meet clients’ maintenance needs.
I have been with Miller and Company for over 22 years. For 11 of those years I worked in new home construction. I am skilled at framing, finish carpentry, painting, roofing and many other areas of home construction. My experience in new construction and remodeling provides a very good background for maintenance and repair of our owner’s properties. I can make a variety of repairs in one visit and eliminate the need to send several contractors. I provide our property owners less expensive maintenance solutions, with professional results. When needed, I will refer the work to one of our more specialized repairmen. Excellent Customer Service is my first priority.
