Notice may be given by going to your tenant portal tenant portal.

Select CONTACT US from the menu on the left side.

Under the CONTACT US tab is an option to Request Notice to Vacate.

Complete the form.

Written Notice

Written Notice may be submitted to Miller & Company Property Management by mail or as a scanned email document.

The Notice must include the following information:

I am (We are) giving 30 Day Notice of Intent to Vacate the property at:

I (We) plan to be out by midnight Mountain Time 30 or more days from today.

Month, Day, Year:

I (we) will return the keys to Miller & Company immediately after and understand that I (we) will be responsible for rent until all the keys, (including mailbox key, swimming pool key, etc.) and garage door opener are returned to Miller & Company Property Management Office.

I agree to have the property cleaned, including professional carpet cleaning, and understand that any cleaning that needs to be done above and beyond the cleaning I did, may be deducted from my deposit.
